makes sense about announcement after AGM but who knows what pressures we dont know about.
One thing is for sure.
There is discussion going on about partners. Its just a question of when. The burn rate of $5m a qtr is noted.They will not wait till their last few dollars to start negotiations on takeover or CR as these negotiations can take many months if not a year or so.
So this means we are in the critical period for IMU to assess their cash reserves against whether they will be taken over in 9 months or they need another CR before takeover.
