Maybe worth noting to ASIC, they are basically a complaints line, if they don’t get complaints they don’t investigate, even then sometimes they don’t investigate, just look at the banking debacle. hCT was burnt a few people who know the process well and are picking them up on every possible thing, annoying but makes for a better business long term.
