Anyhow, it's all good. PLS can't fix own plant, so tries to get AJM's. Probably getting ultimatum from Posco or Ganfeng re need spod now, and PLS can't deliver the quality.
Maybe part of the threat is they were threatening to talk with AJM for s2?
