My assumption is when the original announcement was ready, other information came to light and instead of making two announcements, the original is being changed. New information needs to be audited with the difference in time zones it's understandable (to me anyway)
Impatience which some are exacerbating clearly indicates non holders. There are plenty of chances to jump in before the rerate and still time before "Deal Ready" Even at .3 is still a bargain. Rerate could hit .6 and go to $1.5 - $3 when deal is ready and a buyout proposition is on the table.
