This means they are void of a good idea...and this is just a distraction!
IMO....
Hopefully this will lure investors into another blue-sky story and drive the share price up...which in the end is what we actually want.
Any real pharmaceutical revenue is years and years away...which is why they will go and potentially buy or merger with OTC CBD companies with the potential for revenue streams now...hopefully they merge with established North American companies with actually real revenues....than with any Australian based CBD company....which all of them are just flapping around just like we are...(IMO the our share price is appalling)

The major downside to this announcement is the cost of cash/capital reduction for acquisition(s)...which means a capital raise at these rock-bottom shares prices will be now need sooner....and the dilution to shares of any long-term loyal share holders. Thoughts?
