It would appear that KB (PLS) played a dirty game, with the support of Aust. Super undercut and outplayed AJM management to grab the assets at just the debt value and decimated AJM SHs value to zero.
No doubt it is legal to play this nasty game of undermining, but this will definitely damage the reputation of KB and PLS if what is reported is true.
I thought Aust. Super is a ethical institution.
Having said that, vultures got no ethical standards to adhere to.
You got to feel for the management and all AJM holders, zero consideration in this brutal game.
