    ha, the ann is basically an direct offer to Arrow.

    so much for BG wanting 50.1%.

    I dont think AOE will take the 8.25 offer though, I think they'll keep their 20% for now.

    and "consider" their "options" in "due" "course"....

    ...whatever that means :)
