Hello all. I read all the posts in this thread. Firstly, any comments made with regard to the article everyone is talking about. People are commenting on what they read about in a news article. You Are legally allowed to say what you like about it, as long as it is relevant to the article you read. It is the writer of the article who can be sued, or the organisation they work for. Em1 for example could say the article has damaged their reputation, or credibility. You believing the article is the harm bestowed on EM1 by that story is the harm thats been done. So if you post about what is in the article, for example, I'm selling out because this is a scam, is grounds for the writer to sue the person who wrote the article. Your comments in court would only be regarded as evidence of harm done . Should one take it further and blatantly run wild telling everyone that this is a scam, making things up and giving bad false information you stand a small chance of also being a party to causing that harm. What i have read here is people venting and expressing their opinion. I was due to buy in tomorrow, but after reading the article i have decided to go with ESH. I will monitor this and buy in later, i invest long term. My 2 sons have pre registered multiple times and still not received a confirmation of preregistration so will most likely keep trying, i have asked them to stop . Will this affect the numbers. Their friends have also been trying to do the same without getting a reply to say they are preregistered more than once. How many more have done the same. How many kids have signed up only to have mum or dad say no, we are not paying $12 a month, For me it would be $24 per month i assume as they will both want to be involved in this as gamers and customers. Everything about this company excites me, But i only invest if i'm feeling 100% positive. So i will wait to see how things go mid November. As for the downrampers, what pleasure do you get from scaring people out of their investments, I have asked this many times but all i hear is im looking out for complete strangers, and their money. Don't be fooled new investors, They are only trying to get your shares cheap. My final comment is i don't believe that everyone who has preregistered will be rushing in on day one when mid november arrives. Some will simply forget, some won't be in a hurry, some will change their mind e.t.c. The SP might be all over the place for a few weeks before it settles down. AIMO & GLTH. No further correspondence shall be entered into by me as i know this may upset some, make some think twice, Or be just cause to abuse me. I think very few would agree.
