Not only is KB smelling a bit wiffy here but so is Australian Super. They would have been working on something for quite some time and are complicit in the creditors calling in the administrators before the agreed date given to AJM Board of 31 Oct in my opinion as it all doesn't pass the pub test.
Why wouldn't administrators prefer a refinance rather than a buyout?
Surely more people benefit from a refinance, so is better option imo
