What I find interesting is that KB decided to maul AJM at time of weakness and vulnerability when he clearly knew AJM management were seeking to raise capital and was at an advanced stage. Rather than reaching out he choose to attack, take advantage? Why- is the Posco deal not going ahead?

He sure did, not all is being repaid as cash. The final $20m is being paid through PLS shares at a later date.
