The ex-div date = 20 March 2009 (record date = 26th of March).
To state the obvious, there are three weeks until the ex-div date; plenty of time to buy. I suspect (as poly has stated) that this will start to pick up pace next week and the week after (40c+ in two weeks).
I'm in @ 27c average for a decent parcel and I intend to hold until the div date at least. Unless the price rises to around 40-45 in that time, I'll settle for a 27% dividend.
