I am not so sure they are able to operate on a positive cashflow bearing in mind the development costs moving production forward i.e. development of more level drives and stopes. I am betting they will have to dip into the loan facility. 2 stopes' production may not be enough to cover all the expenses and continue moving forward with development. I am sure it has been reported here before they have to be at 50,000oz pa to reach break even.
