Aj and others you are simply not getting it. This is a timing issue and a legal issue. It is not about Mexico making us money it is about our legal status in the USA as a manufacture. And that is our short term feed bay at the moment. We simple can not afford to through that away until China is well and truly up and running and exporting. In the mean time SBL in the USA is our life line not a millstone around our necks

You have not address any of my points as to why moving offshore is not a sort term viable solution at this time. It is not about general principle of what everybody else is doing or adhering to fda guidelines. It however all about hard facts like the time it takes to establish those ties apply for approvals and surprise surprise the length of time it takes for import and even export approvals. Do you still think you can do this at no cost? And this is the point I keep making but most today are just not awake or are positive land with the fairies. We simple do not have the time to move. Time is money and the clock is ticking
