Well, I think I did consider this if you read my comment again ... maybe they don't need it (let's truly hope so). My concern is if they do need it, can they get it?

I made a post here as SOON as that facility was announced stating that I was sure that there would be conditions associated with accessing the funds ... I still believe that there is, but no-one is prepared to fess up (I asked a Company Officer a very simple question relating to this facility. I got a very "non commital" answer (in true CTO style)).

Too many forked tongues and it makes me very nervous.
