If they can do tests for other virus's and bacteria in laboratories over 30 days then I don't see any reason why they can't test over 30 days for Covid-19 or it's surrogate.
I don't work in a lab so I couldn't tell you how they would go about that.
But my guess is they would spray a variety of surfaces with Zoono then continually introduce the virus onto the surface over a 30 day period.
