Michelmore and the Banks clearly don't share your prediction that rivers of cash are about to flood the OZL coffers. Surely they would know! The Board would not have recommended acceptance of the MM offer if they hadn't explored all other options. Unlike OZ, MM have the financial clout to hang in there for years if necessary before these assets yield a decent cash flow.
