@Countthecash , @beechleigh while I do feel a little embarrassed at your appreciative words as I am just an average bloke, it is a great feeling to know this is helping others. When I started investing there were no social media forums and it was a long and at times tough learning experience.
There are so many different ways to look at your investment and to me charting, even at a rudimentary level, has been and continues to be the difference in most of my success on the market after lots of fundamental research as well.
Of course you first have to find the correct companies but if you are switched on that is also much easier with social media and the internet. Knowing when to increase position before a major re rate is pure gold and charting gives you that edge. It took me a while to get this but better late than never. I cannot recommend highly enough studying and understanding the charts. You cannot get it right all the time but without that knowledge it's a bit like flying blindfolded.
Money has no ego and social media at its best is about helping, sharing and educating much like a community. Unfortunately at its worst there is the other side for which the ignore function is regularly used by me.
I will continue to call it as I see the chart whether right or wrong in the hope it spurs others on to educate themselves to a better outcome as it has for me.
