'The $70m will be debt funded'
Yeah a $20m company with existing debt is definitely going to take on another $70m debt....
Dilution is the biggest risk to those buying now, along with buying when pumpers/rampers are trying to boost the stock they just purchased in a CR to flog on market for a handy profit now.
