To be honest o don't think management can be faulted- they supported the company with their own cash. This is a crazy take over attempt by prearranged administration and ASIC needs to be informed. I would loose faith in the ASX if this crazy attempt was allowed to play out in the way it was planned, and it was planned and premeditated between the note holders and a competitor of AJM. No doubt about it- it's widely documented in the press- now have they broken the law ?
