Just got in and reading accounts and posts, along with HFA, BBI and BBP - what a week!

If you have done the hard yards, then interested to know the following or provide a link:

What is their schedule of repayments for other debts. ie how far out before we may have to repay or renegotiate?

Will this be a pre 30 June 09 accounts release issue re avoiding breaching other covenants?

Scarborough: Seems we have the capacity to pay these debts?


In terms of overheads, workforce down by 25% so looks like they doing the right thing.

Only thing that I am pissed about is that they would have breached covenants on lodging the accounts, whereas from memory Laura's message stated that we weren't in breach of covenants, which was technically correct at the time, but misleading.
