    This is the post I did a while back #:45981805.

    Now we have some capital from the sale, I think its time we explored TSI a little. We need to know their current state of play, their plans for growth and how they would achieve this.

    Personally, I wouldn't look to take CX out at the moment. What TSI needs to go to the next level is capital and whether that means we co-invest with CX or increase our equity stake buy injecting capital, I feel it is the right move. Right now Co-Vid would have hit business hard, however there may be opportunities (just like after demonitisation) that could bring TSI out on top.

    It is essential in my view that we get the full picture before any vote to dispose of our surplus cash. It could be a one time opportunity to do something worthwhile with a pile of cash IMO. Naturally, a board restructure should accompany such a move, with full visibility. Over time a plan to achieve 100% ownership can be brought to fruition.
