To paraphrase "If it sounds too good to be true, you are suspicious of it because it seems better than you had expected, and you think there may something wrong with it that you have not noticed".
I think current SH's are very suspicious of whats going on mainly to do with: a. firstly with Dr G making announcements that failed to live upto our expectations and b. secondly how good this deal is.
It is totally unbelievable and SH's on hotcopper probably won't believe it until they recieve the SRN Shareholder notice detailing exactly how many shares they own. I am a total believer in what Dr G has done, because he has introduced outside stake holders like Guthy-Renker, Boustead Securities & Fosun Hani Securities. They are not going to pitch their tent in any backyard. All three have reputations to uphold and once again, they would not be involved in any IPO, it would have to have more miles in the tank before they jumped aboard.
So yes fellow hotcopper members, I am a firm believer and we are in for one fantastic ride. With the figures that Glyco put out for ease of comparison, depending on how many shares you held in GMV, the SP dosen't have to move much for a large increase in value. Most members on hotcopper have a significant amount of shares for example 100,000
This is why people are so excited. I know there is alot of people out there in the last example that hopefully will be wealthy come tomorrow morning and I say to them, well done you deserve it.
If Dr Yacov and the other members in the leadership group have been able to sell GMVD as a positive in light amongst the doom & gloom of this Pandemic, then well done and I feel abit guilty in not ticking his 60,000,000 performance shares.
We the GMVD shareholders, are in an absolutely amazing situation and I appauld you all for coming this far. By this far, I mean because we couldn't really sell our holdings as it woild be a massive loss. But now the position has been reversed and we are now sitting pretty. Another thing I forgot to mention is, how the Leadership Group got this far without some sort of leak. We were completely in the dark. I suppose the talking points now are, how viable the company is. How much revenue is out there that we don't know about. a. IDTF's b. Hospitals c. New patients d. Sales of Prizma e. NMPA f. Aged people homes g. New consoles for use in hospitals h. Out patients with monitors i. Phycologically assistance in IDTF j. Operations in the UK k. Operations in Italy, l. Update on NMPA m. Union Bridge
When we look at all the moving parts, there needs to be a motivated and a commited workforce to make this all operate smoothly, something that Dr G has failed in. Maybe with some much needed cash being injected into the company after tomorrows listing, things may change.
Overall, GMVD SH's have a reason to check their balance.
I am extremely pouting at the bit waiting for GMVD to list. I hope everyone recovers what they were down on paper and come out big winners by COB tommorrow.
