Wrong. There is only per user for the underlying voicemail platform. This is old news and known by everyone and not disputed.
Spark Voicemail does not have a user pays agreement. There is a commission above a minimum download quantity. The quarterly specifically says this. It also mentions that the solution is internally hosted by Spark so all costs are borne by them. There is no ongoing monthly fee for Spark Voicemail to Norwood.
