- AJM proven record of quality product - AJM proven record of low cost extraction - AJM high debt is a risk (this is why this was a speculation high risk stock and not a home run stock pick, so my losses will be minimal if it does indeed go that way) - The debt had many ways to be dealt with including refi, cap raise, etc - personally I had always backed a cap raise with some small dilution and negative impact short term.
there is no way anyone honestly can say they saw the creditors calling receivers a week earlier than formal ASX announcements had indicated previously, further that it would be because of a neighbour that has a history of collaboration with AJM made an offer, with break clause agreed by those lenders.
Mind open - its just not pessimistic and aligned with yours
