In terms of creating vaccine strains, this would be done by genetically engineering the virus to knock out or alter the E protein. This has nothing to do with BIT's compounds.
Furthermore, at this point we have absolutely no idea how well any of BIT's compounds inhibit the E protein (if at all). For all we know they could all be very weak inhibitors or complete duds with no clinical future.
At this point we have just not been given any information about this.
