I agree with your point. EM1 exaggerated the business model saying Netflix of gaming, Microsoft partner etc. But I still think their business model will work and make a good profit because I guess many people will play and enjoy simple arcade games at the same time expecting some cash reward.
I cannot judge if this business is good morally but I think people will be attracted by the money not the game quality.
