No. If that's the case, the notice is supposed to be out when UBS announced that they are ceased to be the substation holder.
If you took a look at the notice, the settlement happened on 26th Oct and UBS reported on 28th.
So for whoever purchased the shares with more than 5%, technically they need to announce it by 28th.
I'm very disappointed with this company.
