Therefore if we remove + 4.27 Million Democrat California statistics from the overall US National popular vote then it works out that for the remainder of the US States in 2016 it was actually the Republicans who received the greater percentage of the popular vote.
Unfortunately, California is a part of the USA so you can't just "leave it out".
