I've been doing the same analysis and honestly the real pro I see on holding GPT ATM is the “diversification” even when REIT has been hammered all across. I have to admit that GMG seems to be more attractive in several areas, specially because it has no binding at all with BNB and it seems like everything somehow connected with BNB is confined to be doomed (I’m BBI holder and I’m suffering it)…Anyway, we need to remember that GPT and GMG are moving in different segments and GPT still has a wonderful asset portfolio. IMO they both are going to run when market stops killing REIT and realises that there’s future beyond the crisis.
