you're right, even if the exchange is satisfied with the response and allows the stock to trade, I will not be convinced by that fact alone and discard everything that I have found.
Emerge Gaming could very well be entirely legitimate, except from embellishing the significance of their announcements, they might not be fraudulent. The role they intend to play in facilitating the scam that is Crowd1 is in fact malignant tumor for which I believe is terminal.
