capital raising

Dear small shareholders,

Do we really think FML is banking on small share holders to reach a target of capital raising at this stage of economic downturn?

I think they already have a very commited HNI's/Ins Inv's to fill the target.

For existing small shareholders they are allowing to subscribe upto 3mn worth of shares so as they won't feel left out.

I think we missed a point in their annoucement, Any shortfall of capital raising will be filled by Azzure capital.

Decisions like this are taken with only with consent of major shareholders so any impression to defeat this move is an illusion.

I think all this points tO
1. FML is getting on radar's of those who matters in terms of sp appreciation
2. To have a commited investor at this stage of economic downturn speaks volume of FML potential
