I can't blame Management for dumping that result late on a Friday night, before a long weekend for some, an election for others.
Horrible set of numbers really, doubled the loss, looked after themselves with plenty of share based payments.
Revenue grew, so did receivables. Some bad debts finally recognised.

There was an interesting article in the AFR - "Seek attacker's 10 red flags".
Calls out some of the flags that a short seller looks for.
Here are 3 of the 10 that stood out for me:
- High profits - poor cash (not that Dubber is anywhere near a profit!!)
- Ballooning receivables
- Serial capital raiser

Maybe keep those in mind when you read the DUB Annual Report.
