I personally think many are over worrying about the update. While I am not happy that it was not disclosed upfront I must say I read in detail what was stated.. primarily:

How often do you see people who were declared bankrupt repay their debts when legally they do not have to? I actually think this says something positive about his character. I also was only in this for a few spread parcels so happy to take the small risk. Drilling will also commence on 6th November! Which means news should be around teh corner once it lists.
