I think Bullswood was refering to a clause that if sold knowing for the reason to avoid payment to an entity that is known not to be able to pay. IE set up a shelf company and start transfering them in then the previous holder can be chased for payment, apparently. There has been post re this in the past.
IMO i dont think this would occur in this situation.
