I play the extremes only[when i maintain disipline]
I'd only have a go at 3230 if the MACD was in large oversold territory..and vice versa 3280 odd if MACD was overbought..simplistic ,i know...
Watch the fib intraday but thats where ive lost more times than won[seem to pick the direction fine but tend to get stopped out by the big boys] ,so i stay away these days..
