Would WPL be interested in a scrip takeover of FAR?
WPL gets FAR's cash, holding in SNE and Gambian acreage all for a severe discount without having to pay a cent in cash.
Everyone is a winner (WPL and FAR shareholders alike) except for FAR management and BOD who probably wouldnt be around.
Maybe WPL are just hoping FAR defaults and they get the SNE stake for nothing.
Hopefully FAR are considering all options.
