    Shooting the message, not the messenger.
    No warnings I can find in the announcement about transfers before record date, cant find them in any other announcements or PDS.

    What has Bolton accomplished?
    Anybody who sold to him has no responsibilty for the call, as will anyone who legally transfers them before registration date?
