I would have thought it was very much in Newcrest's interest that ARV start drilling Patersons as soon as possible but that's just my opinion.
Not a fan of the Farm-in it destroys Shareholder Value & totally agree with the ARV Tweet released.
Been down the Farm-in road many times only to see the major partners with the Dollars the big winners.
It's just another form of a back door takeover on the cheap - why pay up for a Company when you can acquire 70% of the main game for far less?
100% owned for me.....it forces two outcomes....1) to development the mine al la DEG (& we all know what that stock has done) or 2) Takeover...really leveraging value.
Again just my opinion.
