Voter categories as well as psychological categorys in the wider sense exist across 3 1/3rd divided segments...just quickly first you have the
The ideologue...these will vote via ideological adherence alone...this allows for greater self-interested opportunity to take they want from others figuratively as well as literally within their groups ideological blessing no matter the moral or other objection wider made.
The apologist...these really don't give a crap either way very much, their neighbour could be doing it hard and they will hardly notice but neither er do they look to take or prey on them like the first group, more interested in what they themselves are doing and not looking to take unjustly under ideological impost/adherence like but if they do cop a smack in the face to them or theirs they will take notice and vote appropriately to quell it. or converse reward it....ie the reason Brexist won and also the reason Scott won via franking credits and just lately QLD because of covid....these are also the people who rarely turn up to vote in the USA but make the only real difference to outcome...hence Trump 2016. They will also reward political paralysis.
The Norms..these people will not take unfairly they will measure their vote toward the betterment others as well as themselves and are disgusted with the idea of voting ideologically aligned...these are the fuller garbage need never apply 1/3rd of all people measurable across every society no matter their ethnicity or whatever makeup.
So now you know even if basically put how it works....and we all think (some more than others) that our uniquely individual cognitive powers of deduction and awesomeness chooses our majority voting intention.......nope lol..
