Weebit - 2021and beyond, page-1128

Firstly, thanks for all your informative posts and I do have a question that maybe you, or others, can answer.

I often see highly skilled people, such as Atiq, sitting on many boards of many companies and wonder how much input they actually give to any one of them, Weebit in this case. I've heard Coby speak glowingly of Atiq, and rightly so given his credentials, but as someone who has no idea of Atiq's role, I'd like to know. Obviously, because you're not on the board, you wouldn't know exactly what he does, but I do wonder what is generally expected of someone, such as Atiq. Would he just be attending board meetings every so often or would he be expected to be taking a far more active role in company processes?
