Why waive the debt covenant then to 31st Oct?
By media accounts, AJM was close and just needed more time. It was PLS being in the data room at that time that made them strike, knowing that if they didn't get in touch with the note holders immediately it may have been possible for AJM to refinance. Just my two cents It's likely we'll never know.
