What would happen if ares says we don't like what we see and they walk, you reckon they'll use the buy back as back up to stop the sharp decline ?
Maybe best they list capital separate as all brokers suggest.
With today's news i can't see how a trading halt wasn't called, to me this says the board aren't interested in this bid, yeah whatever ares is the feeling I get, you at least made an offer so we'll entertain it with a look at the books.
If were to get another bid would be in around 2 weeks
