Truly amazing how little headlines this stuff garners. Trump is right on one thing, the international media is useless.
You have the two of the leading contenders for treatment in severe COVID-19 cases stopped for safety issues and it barely causes a ripple in the media or the market - how is MSB not up on this news? If your wife, husband or child fell ill and required a ventilator with COIVD-19 related ARDS, what hope do you have?
Lets go a google search for "best treatment for COVID-19". Harvard Medical School top of the list, must be informative right?
Despite being published on 20 October a sorry tale of failed treatments including convalescent blood plasma (shown by trials to have no statisticial effect), Remdesivir (see WHO), Dexamethasone (see https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lanres/article/PIIS2213-2600(20)30503-8/fulltext for concerns), Ibuprofren(!), hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin (not even going there), Vitamin C and D!!
What a sorry state of affairs we are in when literally probably the only reliably proven and well understood thing that might improve your survival probabilities if ventilated with COVID-19 is Doctors literally rolling you over (proning):

The pathogenesis of COVID-19 mediated acute respiratory failure and its clinical manifestation and the rationale of the anti-inflammatory and other factors of MSC stem-cells make a compelling argument. I never felt COVID-19 deaths were going away. Whilst I wanted ANY treatment to be successful for society, my investment fear was other (cheaper) competing antiviral monoclonal antibody treatments would beat MSB to the punch. Two of the main contenders have dropped out. How has MSB not rallied on this news?
