I think when a company is taken over then the overtaker has to take over the debts as well. But if they offer 10c, that would mean about 170 million for the shares plus 1.4 billion of debt, so lets say 1.6 -1.7 billion in cost for a current valuation of 4 billion.
If I had the money, I would do it.
