It did seems strange that she quit, there was political pressure on her, but she came across as a fighter that had strong support from the post office branches.
It does fit (in my opinion) that she quit because something else came up, and if she did takeover at Telstra, boosting moral would be a win.
But then again what does she know of Telco's, she doesnt have the background to make strategic decisions in the sector.
Perhaps she would fit in better on the board, maybe Chairman even, to replace Mullen, he grumbled about his lack of performance bonuses at the AGM, and tied his fate to Penns and T22.
