Easy test, call ASIC, ask them how to lodge complain re super misusing funds investing in dodgy companies with only accumulating losses (just case example ), listen to what they say.

In my case, they redirected me back to AFCA.

The fact is, the 'No Reference' option (as shown below) lets a non-AS member lodge complaint. No matter how the nonholders spin it.

Proven that it works, because some nonholders got back eml confirm of the lodgement.
