At the time Mid drought barley was at a record high price and we were shipping it over from WA to feed stock at a price WAAYY above whatever the export market was . The whole thing is a big joke they were always going to drop our barley for US barley anyway. As for beef current beef prices are the in Australia are the highest in recorded history and asI have been involved in selling wagyu beef to many countries , including China I can tell you the ONLY thing that China worries about is price .
