Its a spurious and desperate attempt by the BCM Ltd people to argue to a court that ASI is insolvent on the basis of a possible contingent liability or for any other reason in the opinion of the court that the company ought to be wound up...

Goes to show the desperation behind the facade of "I'm BIg Trev don't mess with me" ... I'm embarassed for him now... and to think he fronts aspiring business students at Bond University on the Gold Coast as a model of business ethics and prowess... this has reached the pitiful comparisons of white-shoed Qld business failures like MFS...
