YEs I dont think the border restrictions affect this one much, if anything help only in sense of risk managing another virus breakout in QLD>
My working hypothesis is that this is largely back to normal but just not yet announced, with the cloud of if myer were to go under as a company it would leave a hole in their floor space.
Pretty attractive conservative accumulate at these prices on dips
