Need to bring Brazil into the loop as it is also a major iron ore exporter to China , an OPEC style federation is needed otherwise China just buys its ore from Brazil rather than higher priced royalty imposed ore from Oz
Probably need to also include Africa in the federation as it is increasingly exporting iron ore to China .
